v0.3.0 - Tons of Freecam tweaks and fixes!

• Bumped version/dependencies, updated README support notes, and updated mod icons
• Added 3 Freecam Tripod options mode with slots using Freecam key + 1, 2, or 3
• Added Tripod actionbar messages for opening and closing the Tripods
• Added Freecam Perspective setting for 1st Person (Default), 2nd Person, and 3rd Person (Original)
• Added Zoom percentage and improved accuracy, scroll smoothing, and actionbar update throttling
• Fixed Freecam portal/respawn networking crash by disabling Freecam before respawn packets apply
• Fixed Freecam placement to use player body position instead of head look direction
• Fixed stale/removed Freecam camera entity render and lighting edge cases
• Cleaned up redundant Freecam toggle/camera logic across both platforms
