v0.2.0 - Overhauled README and overlooked bug fixes!

• Bump version to 0.2.0 (full v1.0 next!)
• Updated README demos and mod icon
• Fixed YACL config not saving persistently and created a cleaner config/optical.json (and migrated old optical-brightness.json settings)
• Fixed gamma saving so adjusted gamma no longer resets to 100%
• Renamed zoom "Exponential" mode to "Smooth" for simplicity
• Fixed scroll zoom so 1x starts zooming in immediately upon scrolling instead of an unintended pause before zoom increases
