- Adds hostile infected versions of many passive animals.
- Infected animals can spread the infection to villagers and compatible animals.
- Infected animals can be cured with a golden apple.
- Adds zombie horse replacement with vanilla zombie horse compatibility.
- Adds Oceanic Expanse compatibility, including infected aquatic mobs.
- Adds configurable stats, spawning, infection, curing, drops, and special mob behavior.
