• Added passive Attacks/Abilities system. So now there are attacks which execute by themselves on designated events

      /onepiece attack getslot [slot]

• ​Ported to NeoForge 26.1.2 (from Forge 1.21.11)
• ​Fixed bug in AttackSelectionGUI
• ​Fixed saving SlotValue for next game session.
• ​Added cooldown MobEffect, so that you can see if an attack is on cooldown
• ​Added the option that creative players can choose attacks by selecting them in attack encyclopedia mode of AttackSelectionGUI
• added 13 new Attacks/Abilities according to the Races which you chose. It also includes the new introduced passive Attacks
• also added chinese and japanese translations
