Recon Omega: Military Armor

Added new items:

• Crimson Helmet
• Crimson Vest
• Kevlar Chin Guards
• Twaron Chin Guards
• Dyneema Chin Guards
• Crimson Chin Guards
• Specialist Chin Guards

New armor types: Boots and Chin Guards. These all offer the same stats and the differences are cosmetic.

Armory:

• Added support for leg armor and boots slots
• Changed the armor stand to have arms and no baseplate
• Added a tooltip to the clear button
• Adjusted the cost number display to better match vanilla and it now properly pads
• Changed the purchase text from "Buy" to "Purchase"
• Adjusted the pricing of items to a power of 4 and overall reduced the prices
