And in this mod, I'm remaking this feature of exploding dust by explosions

The second feature is

Gamerule:

" creepersExplodeByHurt true "

This makes the creeper explode by the gamerule (if they were attacked) TRUE, and creepers explode when attacked or get damaged by any source

(e.g. attacked by player, or even just from getting fall damage - don't worry why there are holes in your world, may be creepers exploded)
