Olaatmon

This version adds the grass starter line of Olaat to the datapack + one more Olaatmon.

Added 4 new Pokemon:

Added "Dewy", a Grass type.

Added "Floraxe", a Grass/Poison type.

Added "Deflorike", a Grass/Poison type.

Added "Angetraz", a Fairy/Rock type.

Other Changes:

Fixed some Olaatmon not gaining any experience.

Fixed Mawlaxy's galaxy insides being clipped by its torso.

Reduced all Olaatmons wanderchance further.

Increased Mardore's walkspeed greatly.

Increased Infernoach's walkspeed a little.

Decreased Infernoach's hitbox a bit.

Decreased Mawlaxy's hitbox a bit.

Set Infernoach's base friendship to 0.

Made "Olaat" able to spawn anywhere.

Reduced "Olaat" Spawnrate further.

Reduced the base-level of Fatefin that spawns a little.

Made Mardore only able to spawn during the day.

Reduced the base level of wild Mardore spawning in plains.

Fixed the non-functional spawn conditions of several Olaatmon.

base stat changes:

Set all of "Olaat"'s base stats to 40.

Increased Curgull's HP by 5.

Increased Mawlaxy's HP by 5.

Increased Mardore's HP by 10.

Increased Daislet's HP by 20.

Increased Bitery's special defence by 5.

Increased Bitery's speed by 10.
