- Added bypass command (/cadmus admin bypass) for admins to bypass claim protections
- Claim settings can now be modified by operators without having the required permissions
- Fixed fabric crash where placing blocks without a player, such as with shulker boxes in a dispenser or modded block placers would crash the game.
- Added a claim setting "canNonPlayersPlace" for allowing non-players like modded block placers to place blocks in a claim
