New Content (thanks again to Nekomaster for making the sprite art for items and suggesting them!):

• Added Homunculus variant that uses experience instead of health
• Added Pelmen II charm: Grants the holder and attackers configurable Speed (default III)
• Added Pelmen III charm: Launches the holder and enemy apart on any hit given or taken with configurable knockback strength.
• Added bonus effect while wearing all three Pelmens
• Added Scar Tissue charm: Negates any hit that deals below 20% of a players max health

Changes:

• Overhauled the Anomalous Mirror to run post-armor instead of pre-armor
• Edited Unconditional Love recipe
• Added Item Drop Counts config for multi drop items
• Added Nekomaster credit in mod info
