Odd Accessories

Changes:

• Changed default Suspicious Bag drop rate from 1/150 -> 1/125 (make sure to change this in the config if you've installed the mod before, unless you've already set it at a drop rate you enjoy)

• Added a two and a half minute cooldown after finding a Suspicious Bag to prevent mob grinders from getting excessive bags (this setting can be changed in the config)

• Fixed a bug with the Suspicious Bag where it would occasionally drop two items

New Content:

• Added the Discipline Rod, a charm that harms the holder's mount in exchange for Speed III (the speed level can be changed in the config)
