Oceastra's Broom

• Updated the broom menu GUI — that's exhausting...
• Soul Lantern can also be used as a pendant. It's decorative only and will only glow if lambDynamicLights is installed
• The broom now steps up slopes and low obstacles (auto-step height: 1 block)
• The broom auto-floats a tiny distance above the ground
• Optimized trail code and adjusted trail visuals (still looks rough; will be completely rewritten later)
• Added the "Always" hover mode
• Adjusted the "Smart" hover mode's logic

• 更新了扫帚GUI——画GUI累死了
• 灵魂灯笼也可作为挂件，同样本身只做装饰，只有装了lambDynamicLights才会发光
• 扫帚现在具有1格的上坡高度
• 扫帚在近地面会自动保持一小段离地高度
• 优化拖尾代码，调整了拖尾表现（但看起来还是很难受，以后会彻底重做）
• 增加了“一直”的悬停模式
• 调整了“智能”悬停模式的判定
