OCD Chat

The plugin adds global and local chat mechanic, global chat is activated by default if you put the "!" symbol before the message, but you can change this in the configuration.

!!! Attention, if you used version before 1.3.0 and decided to upgrade to it or higher, don't forget to update the config.
