Obsessed now avoids respawning too far from last recorded location when that location was nearby and recently recorded, reducing cases where it could suddenly appear to teleport from one place to another.  Spawn system now has a safeguard added against respawning in the same place too much, randomly offsetting scan position upon spawn - it should now feel more dynamic.
