v2 Fixed the jump modifier to actually work (it did not in v1)
Added additional (toggleable) functionality to Iconic and gave it a new description:
With a purple star, you can jump midair at the cost of momentum, and emit a ✨ trail.

Swapped stars for Iconic and Resonance: Blue star: ✨ Iconic (+☁️ Purple star: 💧Resonance
new- Blue star: 💧Resonance (+☁️ Dampening) Purple star: ✨ Iconic + New mid-air jumps.
Tested in 1.20.1 Resource pack unchanged
