Nullified Typings [Cobblemon/Mega]

This datapack nullifies all type advantages that pokemon typically have (in Cobblemon). Nothing will be ineffective or supereffective against anything else.

Requires: Mega Showdown, and Cobblemon.

It also subsequently changes how hidden power inherent type IVs are done.
