A NoWheel update? In the year of our lord 2026?

Well, my dear users, rejoice! I bring you today NoWheel's biggest update yet, featuring:

• NeoForge support, for those of you who are extra fluffy foxes
• Control over which scroll directions are disabled, in case you're using something fancier than the 2002 Microsoft pointing device depicted in the mod icon
• Control over which parts of scrolling are disabled in the game, if you ever feel not wanting to navigate menus peacefully ever again.
