音符盒调教师NoteBlockTweaker
目前增加了一个调音专属物品和音符盒交互界面，还有其他方便红石音乐建造的想法待实现。 A tuning-specific item and a note block interaction GUI have been added. Other ideas to facilitate redstone music construction are yet to be implemented.

恢复并升级了在1.13版本音符盒扁平化前的鼠标滚轮抓取功能，现在抓取后的音符盒物品保存有音高和乐器的NBT信息，调音界面增加了调整垫块操作界面。 Recovered and upgraded the scroll-wheel pick-block functionality from before the flattening of note blocks in version 1.13. Now, picked note block items retain NBT data for pitch and instrument. A base block adjustment panel has also been added to the tuning interface.
