NotchArrowUtils v2.3.0! The unofficial "Elytra Update!"

My initial plan was to just add /utils autochestplate, which equips your chestplate instead of your elytra when you take damage.

After creating this, I realized that I could basically use the same code to do a keybind switch so that's what I did!

You can now set a keybind in the options menu and use it to quickly swap between your elytra and chestplate, even from your inventory! Stop hogging that hotbar slot!
