Hypixel skyblock added a new forced texture pack, this removes the "forced" part

- Fixed not working properly on the main server whenever disabled/prompt
- You MUST set it to ENABLED in your server list if you want the texture pack now, if it's set as PROMPT or DISABLED it will skip it and "spoof" the pack
