NoFrills 0.4.10 for Minecraft 1.21.11

• Version 0.4.10 updated to Minecraft 1.21.11, some features might not work properly.

This release replaces the embedded owo-lib mod with owo-sentinel. Not having owo-lib installed separately will now prompt you to download it on game launch.
