Fixed permission check not being able to allow players to join if no entry was associated to the player.
Added a debug command, if enabled the plugin will print extra information when processing a player.
"enforce-uuid-if-different-name" config option is now unused, now it will always be enforced for security reasons.
Some internal code cleanup.
