Changelog:

• Fixed compatibility with Animatium. View Model previously updated held-item state directly during equip and swap animations, which prevented Animatium from running its own item-handling logic. This could leave an item visible after it was removed or make the hand appear empty while holding one.
• Replaced the manual state override with smaller, chainable hooks around Minecraft's normal swap checks. View Model and Animatium can now both process item changes correctly without overriding each other.
• Updated to 1.0.5 with support for 26.2, 26.1.x, and 1.21.11.
