No Nether Water

Current features:

• All potions, throwable potions, and lingering potions become water bottles
• Prevents the player from having snow, ice, powdered snow and water buckets in the nether
• The regular water bucket becomes a bucket upon entering the nether
• A bucket with a fish inside will deposit that fish in the nether after being emptied
• All changes are made INSTANTLY upon entering the nether
