No Nether Water Bucket

Initial version

When in the nether, any water bucket in or entering your inventory will evaporate.

This includes water buckets with animals in them.

• Cod and Salmon will boil into Cooked Cod and Salmon through this.
• Pufferfish and Tropical Fish will also drop in item form.
• Tadpoles and Axolotls will spawn their entity versions.

Know 'Issues'

• When entering the nether, items and mobs might teleport back into the overworld immidiatly.
