No More Messages

This works using the chat_type JSON formatting to remove all content from messages.

The types of messages that are disabled is as follows:

1. Default Chat Messages
2. Emote messages with /me
3. Private messages (receiving and sending) with /tell and /msg
4. Team messages with /teammsg
5. Say messages with /say

This is an experimental feature and will not run on Realms servers.

NOTE: This requires server-side installation ONLY. This will not work for servers that do not have it installed!
