No Jump Delay
Makes that when you hold the spacebar it spams jump for you. (For running under 2 block high spaces and up stairs)

Slightly nerfed it to stop it from triggering Vulcan. Still as fast under 2 block high spaces but if you jump under them for an extended period of time it will still kick you (> 1 Minute)
