Disables the use of end crystals in the overworld and nether to stop crystal pvp while still allowing the ender dragon fight

This datapack deletes end crystals in the overworld and nether getting rid of crystal pvp (respawn anchors still work) The crystals still work in the end to allow an ender dragon fight to be possible.
