No Combat Commands (NCC)
A plugin that prevents players from using configured commands while in combat, with an anti combat-log system that can kill, warn, or log players who disconnect during a fight.

- added configuration panel via /ncc gui
- made it so that spawn has a wall for combat tagged people
- hitting other players inside spawn wont tag them, allowing safe logon/logout at spawn without getting accidentally killed for combat logging.
