NNP Fluidlogging

While this is versioned as an alpha, I'm going to go ahead and call this ready for public testing. All known major bugs have been fixed, performance isn't noticeable in vanilla plus packs, and a blacklist+in-game config has been added. Just need to do some testing, validate compat with common mods, and figure out light levels. Then probably another round of bug fixes.
