Bokken can now be crafted using various types of logs.

Fixed Dispenser issue.
Fixed an issue that caused the game to crash when firing Shuriken and Kashaken with Dispenser.
Fixed an issue where Shuriken, Kashaken, and Horokuhiya did not sound when fired with Dispenser.
