Metallurgy

• Added anvil molds and block molds
• Added raw metal blocks for tin, copper, and meteorite
• Renamed "Azurite Block" and "Hematite Block" to "Raw Azurite" and "Raw Hematite"
• Added melted metal blocks and fluids
• Added furnace channels (mud brick, brick, fire brick)
• Heating certain metal blocks above their firing temp now melts them into melted metal blocks which can be cast into molds using channels
• Made heat resistant block terminology consistent with items
• Updated smithing and casting entries accordingly
• Increased crucible fluid capacity to 400
• Improved sound effect for crucible pouring
• Removed temporary anvil crafting recipe
