General:

Updated Pack Format to 101 for Minecraft 26.1

Kingdoms:

Added the Brick Masonry, based on a suggestion by hunter____! This structure has a Bricklayer Villager that will trade Clay Balls, Netherrack, or Resin Clumps into their associated Brick Blocks without requiring fuel, and produces assorted Brick items and blocks at noon every day
Fixed a bug that caused the Undead Soul sold by Harold to not display properly

Refugee:

Made it so Invasion Portals can be shot with most projectiles, including Spectral Arrows, Firework Rockets, and even Snowballs
Fixed a bug that caused Invasion Portals to spawn regular lit TNT when shot, rather than simply exploding
Fixed the Dragonologist's behavior. He now correctly tracks how much research you've supplied, removes Research Books, and grants rewards accordingly
