Nether Weather
"Nether Weather" is an addition to Minecraft that aims to make the Nether feel more like a real place by introducing 3 new weather types to it. You will now encounter lavafalls, storms and heatblasts (which replace storms in the Nether Wastes).

- Backported to 1.20.1 (fire resistant items have been hardcoded; excluded all 1.20.3+ features; 'gust' and 'small_gust' particles no longer display);
- Replaced 'dust_plume' particle with 'dust' (the parameters are "0.57 0.57 0.57 1");
- Downgraded some Heatblast particles ('trial_spawner_detection' with 'small_flame'; 'trial_spawner_detection_ominous' with 'instant_effect').
