A lightweight, server-side factions mod for NeoForge. Create factions, manage ranks, and show your faction prefix in chat, TAB, and above your head. No client mod required.

Factions Mod — Changelog v1.1.0 New features XP Sharing
New /faction xpshare command to toggle sharing (leader only) 10% of picked up XP is redistributed to nearby faction members within 50 blocks Action bar message notifies members of shared XP received
Leader attack alert
When an outside player attacks the faction leader, all members receive an alert Big red title "⚠ ALERTE" with attacker details as subtitle Raid horn sound effect accompanies the alert 10-minute cooldown between alerts
Translation system
New /faction language french/english command (admin only, permission level 2+) All mod messages are fully translated in French and English Language setting is saved and persists across restarts
Bug fixes
Fixed duplicate faction prefix in chat messages Fixed rank icons showing the same symbol for all members — each player now gets their own scoreboard team with the correct symbol (★ Leader / ▲ Officer / • Member) Empty scoreboard teams are now cleaned up when players leave a faction

New com.factions.lang package for translation management Added xpShareEnabled field to faction data (backwards compatible) Version bumped to 1.1.0
