-Added Lang Translations for the Item Group, Sliproot items, and the potion/tipped arrow items

-Updated how Shriveling is applied, Shriveling can now be applied by Sproutlings for 7s on Easy mode, 14s on Normal Mode, and 21s on Hard. This helps to guarantee that these work well during the showcase rather than being locked behind Normal/Hard mode.
