Update information:
- Added a config file.
- Language changes are made through the config file (available in ru (Russian) and en (English)).
For the changes to take effect, you MUST RESTART THE SERVER, NOT USE THE "reload" COMMAND.
If you encounter any problems with the config file, please report it to me via Telegram. The link is attached to the plugin page. The config file may be raw and may contain errors.
