A motion blur mod that tries to mimic human vision motion blur by blending frames together, reducing stroboscopic effects and making motion appear more fluent.

- Updated compatibility with Iris shaders
- Blur now works with shaders but some screen elements, like the hand, are blurred too strongly. You can always turn off the blur if this seems like an issue to you
- Removed unnecessary maven entries
