Naruto new shinobi era

FIXES:

1.Server-side optimization + network packet optimization (rewrote packet logic, reducing both packet count and size).

2.Optimized player data synchronization (now only modified data is overwritten).

3.Reduced the overall file size of the mod.

4.Fixed a bug where techniques requiring a UI couldn't be learned (now all techniques bypass the UI and are learned instantly upon press).

5.Converted several particles to "AAA Particles" format, significantly reducing graphical load.

6.Fixed a chakra bar display bug (now properly scales with "Auto" and "2" GUI scales).

7.Optimized entity spawning.

8.Updated textures for elemental items.

9.Fixed advancement progression; progress now updates continuously without freezing

NEW FEATURES:

1.Updated network protocol version (!!! FOR MULTIPLAYER, EVERYONE MUST UPDATE TO MOD VERSION 1.2.0+ !!!).

2.Added 1 new desert biome tailored for Shukaku.

3.Added White Zetsu (players can now obtain White Zetsu Flesh).

4.Added Black Zetsu (with his arrival, Akatsuki is nearly complete—only Sasori is missing, planned for v1.4.0).

5.Added damage bonuses for specific elemental attacks.

6.Fixed death message localization for custom elemental damage types.
