[10122024-1]: Changed the way scaling and nappy health works, this now means it works much more stable, taking nappy off and dying will reset the health and scale

• • scale, this will fix the scale if your world/server owner disables scale while your sill in a nappy and locks you in to 0.6 scale
• • health, this will fix the health if your world/server owner disables health while still in a nappy and locks you in to a 6 max health, 3 hearts.
• version or -v, will return the version, helpful when submitting bug reports if you install the mod manually.
