- 3 Heart, users are now limited to 3 hearts.
- Shink, users are now made child size, a little bigger then a villager child.
- None recyable nappies are now compostable so there not just hanging around
- Villager Medical Seller, this Villager sells while style medical nappies.
- Villager Block, a block to convert the villager.
- Added game rules to disable shrinking
- Added game rule to disable health tweaking.
