Naked And Afraid Plugin

This bugfix fixes an bug issue that's been plaguing the Naked and Afraid Plugin since its initial release: The Tablist Hiding.

• The Tablist Clearing now finally works! It now utilizes packet overriding function that cancels all the tablist related info, effectively disabling it.
• Additionally, the basic Markdown Github Issue Template has now been replaced for a new YML Template, which allows for a better bug-reporting experience.
