Beta 1.4 - Mistakenly Removing The End

- truesight beacon now uses an ender pearl
- gunpowder now craftable
- pillagers removed
- mending removed from piglin bartering loot table
- emeralds removed
- beacon repair removed
- chemical scythe now transfers positive effects
- reinforced deepslate now requires a chain to craft
- spawners now drop exactly 3 chains
- cauldron uncrafting added
- obsidian can now be produced by throwing magma cream into water or a cauldron
- obsidian crafting recipe removed
- fixed hunter armour
- reversed specialist armour nerfs
- added Quartz Lining and smithing repair
- paintings added to trail ruins loot table
