• Fixed repeated "Boss spawn failed" runs by hardening boss spawn location checks and chunk preload safety.
• Fixed boss health scaling failures on high tiers by adding safe health cap/fallback application logic.
• Added emergency boss config fallback when boss sections are missing or invalid.
• Kept bossbar and completion handling stability improvements from prior 1.0.12 hotfixes.
• Fixed grounded generation behavior and corrected vertical stair orientation in dungeon corridors.
• Fixed chest clear-check false positives by validating room-specific dungeon mobs only.
