This is a heroes mod aiming to create a more customizable feel. This is currently a proof of concept and not everything is fully worked out.

You can now get Mutant powers by being near uranium
Toolbelt can now be equipped in addition to being put on the armor
Toolbelt are visible on the player when equiped
