[Added]1.Added new item: Boss Wand

Right-click any mob to add or remove a real‑time BossBar (visible to all players).

[Changed]2. Adjusted Battle Wand targeting range

Reduced the follow distance from 512 to 256 blocks for better performance.

[Fixed]3. Fixed Battle Wand issues

Fixed a ConcurrentModificationException crash that could occur when a battle ended.

Improved goal selector cleanup logic.

[Added]4. Added full language file support

All chat messages and item tooltips are now fully translatable (English & Chinese included).
