Fixed alGenSources error caused by reloading resources and when the mod attempted to play the next song of a playlist while the game was paused (with play_when_paused = true of course).
Optimized the mob events entity detection system to prevent it from drastically increasing the CPU time on high render distances and removing the CPU time spikes of 25.0ms or beyond that caused stuttering.
Fixed mob events not working correctly with peaceful and neutral mobs.
Fixed min_hitbox_width being generated along with newly created events.
