1st Year Anniversary
Changes:

Level rewards added up to level 29; just play any song to claim them, more rewards to come.

New tier of mystery discs to re-obtain one time non-renewable discs that you may have lost forever.

New setting in /audiolatency to switch from mono to stereo.

Void disc is no longer renewable because of this new system, so stop farming them. Or don't because there might be another..

Removed very old unused code.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed menu breaking when using /stat highscore while queuing a song.
- Custom and setting options will only message the target player now.
