Hot fix

• Fixed dedicated servers not registering dynamic light support/items
• Dynamic light support is now toggled on or off instead of checking if the mod is present (this allows server owners to decide whether it should be supported or not regardless if their players have dynamic lights installed.
• Moved lantern and soul lanterns into their own json files
