Summary

This update introduces the new Transfer Journey System, including transfer gates and transfer tickets. It also expands gate configuration options, improves route handling for complex station layouts, and contains extensive internal changes across most of the mod's systems.

• Added a gate option allowing exit gates to accept any ticket as long as the station name matches, regardless of route

• Added support for calculating and charging IC card fares at exit gates even when the gate's route differs from the recorded route, provided a station with the same name exists on the recorded route

• Added a configuration option allowing multiple routes to be selected for enter gates

• Added support for selecting multiple routes on enter gates, improving compatibility with stations that share the same platform

• Improved gate behavior for complex multi-route station layouts
• Improved route selection flexibility for enter and exit gates
• Updated various validation and error handling systems

Fixed

• Fixed an issue where entering through a gate on a different route would not trigger an error when it should have
• Fixed an issue where the gate's Apply button would not function until the station selection screen had been opened
• Fixed an incorrect wrench texture
• Fixed various minor bugs and stability issues

Technical Changes

• Reworked large portions of the mod to support the new Transfer Journey System
• Updated numerous screens, blocks, block entities, renderers, items, and internal systems
• Refactored core ticketing and gate logic
• This is the largest and most technically demanding update in the project's history so far

Known Issues

• No major known issues at this time.

Next Version

Planned features for the next major update:

• Add railway route map blocks for placement above ticket machines
• Allow currencies to be changed through the UI
• Add additional gate design variations
