Summary
This update focuses on improving usability, expanding ticket machine functionality, refining the UI, and fixing several issues related to reservations, scrolling, and commands.

- Added the Notice Board improvement, increasing the maximum notice length to 400 characters
- Added the NBT Copier item
- Added the Simple Ticket Gate
- Added railway route map
- Added support for changing the in-game currency through the UI, including full change calculation support

- Improved the entire UI for better readability and usability
- Applied the scroll position preservation system to vehicle (car) creation screens
- Input fields are now preserved when creating vehicles or changing vehicle modes
- Input fields are now preserved when changing ticket modes
- Replaced the remaining UI emojis with custom icons
- Updated missing translation entries

Fixed an issue where the fare section list did not preserve its scroll position after selection

Fixed an issue where reserved tickets could only be collected from ticket machines using the same preset
- Reserved tickets can now be collected even when multiple railway companies share the same station.

Fixed missing English translations where "Reserved Seat" was incorrectly displayed in Japanese

Technical Changes
- Added OP Permission Level 1 requirements to commands
- Removed preset filtering from the reserved ticket retrieval packet and screen
- Updated all packet currency consumption logic to support the new currency system
